"I'm long time customer of Joe Palermo at State Farm . I just went through a hail/wind damage claim process with extensive damage to roof, gutters, windows, garage doors and vehicles. I cannot say enough about how smoothly their claims and pay out process took place. If you follow the steps laid out in the order they recommend and follow up with your agent with a call or on- line with any questions you dont understand; the process will take place as if they were holding your hand along the way. You have to follow the process so that you can get the money needed to get the work done. I always spoke to someone when i called not " leave a message and will get back to you."
